why what you ask. why in the hell are ya'll letting these fly azz youngsters(crabs) dictate to the oldheads how they are going to learn, and why are the oldheads so fly that every oldhead in the swac thinks that he is the coldest on his axe(drum) and ya'll think that ya'll don't have to practice with intensity....this mentality is going to kill your program as well as the drum section itself. if ya'll don't come on with it, there are going to be some weak azz drum sections in the swac in less than 5 years........now i'm not advocating hazing
but i am advocating teaching and guiding. to gauge your mentality, ask yourself, if i were a crab would i follow me and would you be able to learn from you.
