SWAC Basketball - Week 1(and Week 2)

Justin had a good second half which means he used up all he had tonight. This was his best showing in an A&M jersey. Gambling 7-footer was clearly the worst player tonight.

not true.... Justin had 18 points and 14 rebounds against Oakwood. He averaging 8 points and 7 boards a game this year. For Justin those are GREAT numbers.... especially with SWAC coming up, there aren't any good centers in the SWAC... haven't been in a long time. Tabb is 6'5 and will EASILY lead the SWAC in rebounding. He already averages 10 a game.

Wasn't no discount tickets. Cheapest ticket was $7. It's a buzz in BR about SU basketball.

Attendance showing 869 at the men's game and 585 at the women's game.

Yep, they can't seem to get it past 8 points. Got down in the 1st half and can't get over the hump.

They better come out better on friday or they will be down by 2 games early....

Just home games and its a radio and online also Iheart radio same as football.

Exactly. They are over there wondering why they gave Pimp Les an extension and basketball ain't in lSU folks vocabulary anymore. They are waiting for baseball and track seasons to start right now. LOL.

TSU and MVSU are not elgible for the tourney this year. There are only 7 others that stand between SU and the only thing that matters in this conference, the tournament championship.
