We had 2 defensive breakdowns in the last minute of this game. How do you not block out and let them get a easy tip in from a missed freethrow to tie the game and then how do you not put anyone of the inbound and let him have a clear view and shot on the basket with 2.6 seconds left in the game. SMH

The JSU fans were willing to talk during the women’s game. During the men’s game they had nothing to say. A lot of them tipped out of the door early like they leaving church service. They didn’t say bye, good game, they ain’t said IT.

I’m sure everyone want to watch the 7th place team battle the 8th placed team in the SWAC. When you have two teams playing for first place up the road. These are the best two basketball programs in the SWAC.

I don't know which hunt the most
To lose by missing two FT that would tie and win the game or. To get beat by a 40ft shot at the buzzer.

Both games were epic last night and at Alcorn.
 
Women: As I said before, if I am Walker-Johnson, I'm probably putting in apps for an assistant somewhere because if they seemingly have got rid of Hunter after 3 years, she's probably as good as gone after 5 years and will probably have 4 wins after they lose to JSU and beat Alcorn

Men: With it probably more apparent that Hunter's administrative leave is permanent, the son didn't dress out yesterday so that's over 30 PPG lost during the season. Ivy was just working with what he got and actually played every guy that dressed out (including his son who never dressed out until yesterday (didn't start)). If it is indeed his job next year, it's apparent that he trusts Gordon and Grant (freshmen) but I think everyone else outside of his son (role player) MIGHT need to worry. We'll have to see if Carpenter comes back as well as his former JUCO teammate (already on campus) and the commitment from another mid-major transfer recently. Ivory is also player friendly but is a lot more laid back in his coaching style.

#55 from UAPB was pulling up from the Lion on us and killing us

Yeah, that first one bad on y'all. We also had a player that could have iced the game and made it a 2 possession game for y'all and missed his free throws.

It’s funny no one from JSU commented on the no calls after I posted the game. It’s okay to say JSU got away with one the other night.

To be honest TSU may have gone to the free throw line and won the game or at least sent it to overtime.

Please put an * on going undefeated in the SWAC.

Even the ladies in red stood around waiting for a foul to be called. After they realized there would be no call they left the floor in a hurry.

Bruh, with our overwhelming rebound advantage and just a little more help from some of our usually reliable players other than Ameshya, it should not have been close!! It should have been a near blow-out like last year. We'll play better defense next time!!

Won't be a next time. They haven't made a deep run in the tourney since Reed been coaching lol
