What a shot by Justin Thomas .

A 40ft dagger at the buzzer

72-69 ALCORN

[PV-PRIDE]

I noticed Lindsey Hunter's son name wasn't in the box score....so he is not playing either?
(I saw that George Ivory's son got some minutes for Valley today.)

Whew we escaped!

You only escaped because the refs refused to call a foul against Jackson St. in the last 15-10 seconds of the game. JSU won the game, but they didn’t beat Texas Southern.

I see Niya got minutes today. If we get her back healthy, we will be a tough out.

Spin it whichever way you need for you to feel better. That salt is not healthy lol

Nita didn’t play. Look like they were trying to make the Box Score minutes add up.

No need to spin it. The refs swallowed their whistles late in the game. That’s why you won. The refs shouldn’t have to favor Jackson St. for y’all to win. I mean, we’re just Texas Southern.

Yall was at home. Why would they swallow their whistle at YOUR HOUSE?

Why would they swallow their whistles period? It shouldn’t matter where they play. Jackson St. (women) have beat every team in the SWAC by 20 or more. They shouldn’t need any help.

We have confidence we can play with y’all. It will be hard to beat us three straight.

We've beat y'all at least 3 years in a row. It's way past 3 times

We have not beat y’all in three to four years, but I think at least two games were canceled due to Covid. Coach Reed has never beat us three times in one season.

[ghostwriter]

they're not going to comment on the men's game?

I see ESPN is going to televise PV and Jackson when the first place battle is up the road Monday night - they have a day to reconsider that decision lol

Coach Reed has never had to beat y'all 3 times in one season since you can never make it past the 2nd round lol
