I'm watching it but to tell you the truth the game of the week is our game today with AAMU. We are fighting for a spot between 4th and 8th place. lol We keep losing games because of the same reason will result in us being home and I really thought we had a Top 3 seed on lock when everybody was playing like a TEAM.

aint no game with us in it the game of the week... but I think we will beat SU tonight.


Is it me or is it boring to watch SWAC basketball games on tv? The only games that are exciting are the games in the smaller gyms... the rest of them are boring. The games at Pine Bluff and MVSU were the most exciting atmosphere wise. This Grambling game is empty.

I think the game we had at PV had a good atmosphere and it was crowed. I got to get a copy of the tape, I was told that you could see me getting on the refs in the game. I know my daughter and I was in the background when they were doing the game rap-up, saw that on the ESPNU website.

:lol: I know right. We will see at 6pm though. I don't know women wise. Our defense is tough but that Katrise girl for AAMU will be back so we have to see.

I forgot to mention PV... that probably was the best one on ESPNU from the SWAC this year.

I know my boys think I'm crazy. I was sitting in front of the TV cussing up a storm. When Gram went to that zone in the 2nd half and stayed with it, I thought we were done. The guys found a way, tho.

We were up by 12 early in the second half and ended the game in a nail biter. If we want to take the SWAC Tourney again, we have to learn to put teams away when we have them on the ropes.

We are just too sporadic on offense, and our defense isn't good enough to allow that. Good win today, but we need to get it together.

:smh: Alabama State is going to be hard to beat in the tourney and I think Valley will go on a surprise run at it. J-State is not consistant enough to win it all unless they tighten up.

It seems like our defense has fallen off this 2nd half of the conference season except the games against Valley and JSU.
 
Pugh got outcoached. I'm at elmore now. With the talent su got aunt no way in hell su should have lost. Su girls look like giants compared to us

I was looking at the updates and we came back and down by 2 twice AAMU kept on scoring and both teams traded baskets from what the updates were given. I can't wait until those stats sheets come out.

Thats been the theme all season :smh: .Pugh can recruit with the best of them, but sometimes her coaching is very questionable.
 
I had to miss the game because I have to attend a meeting. This will not happen again. I know those Huntsville SU folks are having a field day because I am not there:)
