The funny thing is as bad as SU has played, they are still tied for first place.
We are going to have to stop giving charity to our conference foes. That is one reason why they are confused and believe they are our level. We are not teaching them how to fish and live for a life time. We are giving them a fish, they are eating for one day and by the end of the season they will have starved to death! :lol: :emlaugh:

Way to finish up the weekend T-Tigers, keep working out those kinks and the rest will take care of itself, that's what those jags don't understand! :clap:
On 2 occasions most of those errors was on the same play, throwing the ball over players heads.

Early Sunday afternoon — one day after Southern split a sloppy doubleheader against Grambling, but minutes before the series finale at Lee-Hines Field — the Jaguars gathered in foul territory, just outside their dugout on the third-base side, and they listened to a passionate speech from volunteer coach Calvin Beal.
Among other things, Beal talked about the SU baseball program, its history, and the high expectations that come with the uniform. The Jaguars, having lost five of their previous eight games, hadn’t lived up to them lately.
“Coach Beal reminded us of why we play ball at Southern University,” starting pitcher T.J. Pryer said. “He kind of put the fire in our rear ends today, and that got us to go out and play hard.”
