Um it has nothing to do with that. You can say they hate the West. Notice, they said Western teams played there and not them which is a lame excuse. That is why I hope the West team win it allDamn them East coaches hate Southern.
:lmao::lmao:
Damn them East coaches hate Southern.
:lmao::lmao:
The east coaches are now complaining that the new location (mlb academy) is still too close to southern....southern university-New Orleans. They feel that it will give su an advantage even though they didn't qualify for the tournament
:lol: Isn't that field basically on SUNO's campus.The east coaches are now complaining that the new location (mlb academy) is still too close to southern....southern university-New Orleans. They feel that it will give su an advantage even though they didn't qualify for the tournament

You gotta be kidding

pti....
Is Southern ineligible because they're in last place in the West or because of NCAA APR?
Worst possible location. No hotels near by. SWAC makes some questionable decisions.

Its the Mississippi schools, lead by former SU Jag B.Rey lol.I suspect if anyone is complaining it's Bama State's coach to feel out his influence. That guy knows Cador isn't done and somewhere down the line after this season he will need to deal with him and possibly the league about this same situation.
Im still appalled that these SU dudes and their groupies think every SWAC East coach has something to say over this tournament location...
You have bad info :lol:You believe that huh...:smh: I know for certain Johnson wasnt one of those coaches..

Wow.....
You believe that huh...:smh: I know for certain Johnson wasnt one of those coaches...but either way it doesnt make a difference where the tournament is held...The field of play makes no difference when it comes to SWAC baseball and besides Baton Rouge and Jackson are the most centralized locations for any SWAC tournament or championship!

And folks wonder why a lot of SU folks can't stand LSU lol.Look at the article about the late Dr. Greggs. All what the man has accomplished with that marching band but they still have to put that negative undertone about the missing funds from the band department (which could have well been a mistake that he paid back) Why put that in an article when you are supposed to be honoring an icon and reporting news to people that are supporters of SU and your newspaper.
Um Rey don't play SU in the regular season anymore. It has been that way for the last couple of years. JSU didn't visit SU either this season. I get my info from .... :lol: So I know what I'm talking about.I don't post often but only the truth. Some of you cats need to get your facts straight. JSU and Alcorn both played at SU in regular seasons and they are very familiar with that field, therefore, Omar (JSU) and B-Rey (Alcorn) aren't complaining.
The main complainer in the east is the new Alabama State coach and he has a good reason to do so. He has that team hotter than fish grease and they are kickin azz and taking names. Remember, he still has a cloud over his head from last year when he stated that we play "c**n" ball in the SWAC. The tournament this year will be won by Bama State, JSU or UAPB.
I don't get in to that east/west crap because those who do are losers who try to make up for their sorry azz team.
"GO BLUE TIGERS"
But the dumb azzes on this board pay attention to what they want.LOL, i'm just contributing to the foolishness. Its crazy how folks make up stuff and actually believe it. That includes the Baton Rouge local newspaper. News Flash: They can lie and print false as well and they did with that article. It was never down to SU or MLB Academy. There was never any negotiation with southern as described in this tread. The swac never visited Lee Hines field idea. I know multiple people with the advocate and I've seen articles before they are printed in the paper. They are known for taking well written articles about southern university and edit it to hell to leave a negative undertone about the university. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't on these treads.
