Braves Baseball adds Razorbacks to schedule
Alcorn State, MS---With the Braves on the fast track, Coach Willie McGowan, Sr., felt that it was time to add competition from a larger conference such as the SEC. The Braves (21-7, 10-5 SWAC) will travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas on Wednesday to face the Razorbacks of Arkansas (19-15, 5-9 SEC). McGowan hopes to evaluate his ballclub and thinks that this may help his team become stronger for the SWAC tournament. Lee Johnson and Joel Del Grande also feel positive about this game and think that this will be a good game between the two schools.
