I'm just asking a SPORTS related question. IMO, JSU is playing the best right now but no team is shoulders above the other.
JSU did sweep the state recently securing 1st place. However, I thought they would have won the series with Bama State.

The tourney will be interesting again.

Your bias knows no bounds. The record is there for you to see. You guys lost to lowly Northwestern twice or was it three times? I clearly told you that PB wasn't playing the best ball right now but you insisted.
Now you're saying they WERE playing the best ball until PV proved you wrong.

100 percent agreed....The 4 best teams in the conference is JSU SU Bama.St and Pine Bluff in that order...and all teams can be beat depending on how the wind blows...Thats why I dont believe in poking my chest out and sayin JSU is better when it comes to SWAC baseball ..:lol:...Looking at these blow out and scrub losses that the top 4 teams have taken no one should be talking... http://www.d1baseball.com/conferences/standings_swac.htm

I will say this if Coach J doesnt win it this season he needs to go...but that wont happen..

It's no separation of the top 4 teams in the West. Tsu beat SU in the season series, SU and PB bot won 3. JSU wouldn't have come close to winning the West. It's a reason they always lose come tournament time. The west plays a better brand of baseball, the fact the east has won only 1 since 01 says it all.

The fact that East has only one title since 01 has nothing to do with this year, but continue babbling and bragging like you always do smh...

Exhibit A--Like I said earlier, if it doesn't pan out with su baseball, he falls back on the East/West jargon. I think he's preparing to do that already because he knows Cador's magic has dwindled over the last few years.

It does until the East proves it point in the tourney. It is like that on every level of sports. Until you win the thing, folks will doubt you. Just like folks give my other school Ohio State and Big Ten grief for not winning enough bowl games. They have to take it until they start winning. Regular season don't count if you keep losing in the post season. So until the East wins the tourney this year, it is nothing wrong with the criticism they are getting. But that is why they play the game. Yall or any East team can shut up everyone come tourney time. Right now JSU has the best record and deserve the East title. Now it comes time where the rubber meets the road on whether they will not fold under pressure to win the whole thing as the number 1 team coming in. It is what it is. This has nothing to do with SU. I think we have played poorly this year for several reasons but we have been able to maintain in the tougher West division. We will see if any West team will step up and upset JSU this year in the tourney. Heck I am not ruling Bama State out of the mix either.

Bama State is probably the most dangerous team in the Tourney.

I don't agree. Tournament ball is different. IMO Alcorn and PV. They both have players who have experienced winning it all. Dark horse is Uapb, but their lack of tournament experience might get them. You know Cador going to have SU ready, that's a given. The east #1 seed is going to catch he'll. Like I said it's no separation on the west from 1-4, so they are going to have to throw their #1 day 1. Gram just didn't have enough pitching, but they should be in the tournament instead of the weak East #4.

I agree but I think Bama St can't be slept on. They will be ready.
