You are funny. SU's lineup is better than PV's and most in the SWAC. SU for one time out of all these years, doesn't have a solid bullpen. SU will be back and you know it :lol: . but SU gets pitchers drafted all the time, damn near yearly. When is the last time PV had a pitcher drafted.

The last 2 baseball seasons, SU finished in 1st place in the division. As a matter of fact, the last 3 SU has finished in 1st.

SU's current problem is the same problem everyone in the SWAC has had to deal with....good pitching depth. SU has been know to have that and currently SU doesn't.

the days of SU being the only SWAC West school and jsu being the only SWAC East to have a concern about baseball is over. SU days of winning in baseball......over... :emlaugh: So many wish.

Mercer 11 Bama State 4 bottom 7th
Dallas Baptist 3 Texas Southern 0 bottom 6th
Northwestern 12 Grambling 3 top 9th
 
su 5 Nicholls State 2 final --ends seven game losing streak
NW State 12 Grambling 3 final
Texas Southern 2 Dallas Baptist 4 top 7th
 



This is last weekend's baseball thread, not the mid week baseball thread....... :crazy:

Cador could go 0 for 10 and no one will catch up or pass him. Granted, SU baseball is use to winning every year and this season is a surprise to everyone but to think SU will stay down or any of these coaches has caught or passed Cador by is asinine!!!
 
Sometimes you just got to know when to fold 'em and call it a day. It's about time for Cador to do that.
