SWAC Announces "SWAC TV"

I hope all youtubers stop streaming games, as with SWAC TV this could be game changer in more ways than one. By getting all the online traffic for viewing games, live and rewatch, it will allow the SWAC to have more data on viewership (which could lead to using that data to get better deals).

I wonder will SWAC TV will have some original content too outside of just playing games.

Oh it's much deeper than that

Remember that Offscript clown didn't even know what a HBCU was until he started covering it when Deion hired at JSU. He rubbed a lot of people the wrong including the SWAC office. He basically was streaming whole games on his channel

How does he tie in with those people with agendas. He and Roland Martin (yeah THAT Roland) are both on the UEN payroll. That's why that yardtalkhbcu person was always pushing them as well as UEN. She has openly been critical of the commish until this announcement. She has rubbed a lot of people on this board the wrong way due to her being fully transparent while relentlessly bashing the Commissioner
The UEN clique is a perfect example of how you play your cards wrong.

As I said when the Florida teams joined the SWAC, the audience reach increase for the SWAC, was substantial. I am sure that Florida market is significant in commissioner’s SWAC marketing pitches, especially for SWAC TV. FAMU also has strong alumni and fan base in the Atlanta market
I like what commissioner had to say this morning.
I know that most of you want FAMU out of theSWAC, but the commish understands
our value. We are glad we are here.👍🏽

I think some of the reasons was personal between him and Offscript (a youtuber). They actual ran into each other at a gas station and I wish they could get together and talk things out.

Dont tell me you support that dude.
He is banned for a reason and his supporters are no better than him.

I try to see the good in people and understand that people can change over time. Just because I watch his shows does not mean I agree with everything he says. He has shown growth (in part thanks to his wife's influence, others around him, and him wanting to improve himself), as I remember when he admitted that he was scared to be around alot of black people because of his up-bring of not being around alot of black people. Now he enjoys going to HBCU games, as long it is not in Jackson.

I still holding out for the day that him and the SWAC Commissioner will resolve their issues between each other.

According to Dr. McClelland, there will be:
- in-studio shows
- halftime studio shows
- content from other schools
- Breakdowns and insight on other sports (especially the Olympic sports)
- And games of year's past. (he made reference to the 1984 Mississippi Valley vs Alcorn State game with Jerry Rice

Check out the interview with Santoria Black & Tolly Carr (click play and Dr McClelland's part will begin at that moment)

I told him when he got the commissioner's position he would flourish.

I am happy to see the commissioner launch this for the SWAC. Should be a game changer for our conference.
I know people on this board and in HBCU circles know the importance of this move and the potential revenue this could bring but I think others outside of the HBCU sphere still don't get it

We still can use ESPN and HBCUGo but we pretty much control our content which means we control the money. No more begging for coverage.

And a bonus is that every band halftime show will be shown which is another revenue stream within itself
