told is an excerpt from Karrine "Superhead" Steffans' new book The Vixen
Diaries. According to our source, this is from the chapter where Karrine
rates men in the hip hop industry. Ladies and gentleman, this right here

How was it?

I read the first book. Man I feel for this sistah. Her mother treated her like sh!t when she was growing up. Her OWN MOTHER!! :smh: I see why she has no self-esteem or pride because her mother did not give it to her. She grew up in the islands and I think her and her mother moved to Florida when she was 10 or 11 and that's when you think that it could not get any worse.It did. I guess when a lot of young ladies with mothers that loved them read the first book,they thank God they had a mother they loved them and tried to show them the right way. She had no one to show her the right way and a prideful path when she was a baby growing up.

After I read the book,I just started thinking about child abuse,and how by some chance some kids are born with great parents and others are not.

Like I always do when I hear about serious child abuse on the news ,I just started to think a whole a lot about our ideas of religion and God and that our circumstances that we are born into are not decided by us but by whom? A God? Or is it some cosmic law or some other realm that we can't comprehend? Why would a God let an innocent baby be born into terrible circumstances like Karine Steffans and other abuse children of the world? You know like starving babies in Africa or the U.S; girl babies being raped in some tribes in Africa because the men with AIDS believe that will cure them of that dreadful disease. And other horrible acts committed by PARENTS against their own babies?

But I will say that I ain't mad at her for recognizing inside entertainment industry details + writing a book = money.
 
I was told to read the book but I just won't pay for it. One of my friends has it so I'll just get it from him. I just kept thinking that there was nothing so spectacular about her except she slutted herself out to the industry and then wrote about it. I will say that she is really parlaying it into other things. She has her website, a deal for more books, and she has some kind of accessory business for trucks. I hope she is able to show her son a better life than she had.

Yeah the book don't come out until the end of next month. Like I said earlier unless someone has a bootleg copy of a book (if there is such a thing) how can it be true? But it's still funny.lol
 

Damn if that's true, she has to have some type of disease. I've seen her on a flick with Mr. Marcus and she destroyed that man...He's a star in the industry too...
