Stevie Wonder new CD

Venom Skywalker

S. Enigma
Definately worth the wait!!
Stand out tracks after the first listen are the Duet with Aisha "How Will I Know", the duet with India.Arie "A Time to Love", "Sweetest Somebody I know", and "Shelter in the Rain".

Just picked this cd up yesterday, and haven't listened to the whole thing, but so far - so good.

I liked "Sweetest Somebody I know" as soon as I heard it. Through the first five songs, there hasn't been one "bad" song. They may not all be "great" songs, but they're not bad either.

From listening to the cd it sounds like Stevie went back and listened to some old "Stevie" and decided to pattern some of the songs accordingly. I can hear echoes of songs from "Innervisions" and "Fulfillingness' First Finale" as well as "In Square Circle" and "Skeletons" on this cd. It's not nearly as good as those old cd's but at least he appears to be returning to his roots.

I recommend it.
