I'm ecstatic about the possibilities of our entire athletic program. Let's see, we have fired our Men's basketball coach and football coach in the same season. Our tennis coach is gone because of some dumb crap he did that killed our tennis program.

So, I'm hopeful that the message to the other coaches is, we expect a clean and winning program. If that does not happen, expect to get the ax.

Coach Cummings (women's basketball coach) you're next.

Hell, for that matter next in line Volleyball, scoccer, baseball, and track- NO ONE SHOULD BE IMMUNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man in four years that dude has won 4 games. Bell won 8 and we didn't let it get to 3 full years. I hate to see anybody lose their job , but in coaching you have to win and Bell and Wilson didn't do that.

Now we as alumni knew a good coach wouldn't take long to right the ship.
What will you guys use to build on for the next coach. Even if he comes with a good background. You still have the same AD and you don't have the built in support of JSU,SU or Gram.

The next coach will be figting a uphill battle...See NCA&T

I was just pointing out the coaching staff.....but you are right we need a new AD, Rick Holden needs the ax and we need a marketing director, and additional counselors for a student athletes.

In fact, we need to start a thread in the Third Coast on what we need in our athletic department, I know that it has been discussed before. However, since this is an opportunity for a new beginning let's make sure we have not left a stone unturned....

By the way, I learn our men's basketball team beat Texas A&M Corpus Christi last night WITHOUT Coach Moreland on the sidelines. He was attending a funeral in Mississippi and Coach Granger wore the whistle. :tup:

Congrats TSU!!! I know they're watching in Lorman, MS and Itta Bena, MS. I keep telling the lower tier teams that you cannot fall to far behind.
