I'm going to evict this tenant! It's a damn shame that people aren't professional enough to call you back or let you know they have moved or can't afford to pay rent. :flamethro :flamethro :flamethro
 
If the person doesn't return a call, clearly they don't want to speak with you. I don't sweat it, I move on.

Now in your case, the person might want to return the call. As long as you have it documented that you have been calling and writing then proceed with the eviction. Do what you gotta do!

LOL. Its 11/29 and you want your November rent money. Guess what, LOL, you ain't getting it. Stop calling and put a MF out, IDGAF if it is Christmas.
 
If I don't leave a message, I don't really expect a phone call. If I leave a message then it is probably important and I will get a little upset if I don't get a return phone call. My mom is terrible about that. She'll call back a week later and say "well I knew you were ok because I heard your voice".

Dog, just find out what's going on before you jump to any conclusions. One
of my renters hadn't paid November rent around the 10th. I stopped by
he immediatly handed me the rent. His father had recently died and he just
hadn't made it to the bank yet. So I handed him back the late fee.
and gave my condolences
 
Team, I've called and called! The renter doesn't have the decency to call. I've even called his mom and she will not return my call. I didn't harrass him or her, I just asked them to give me a call. The eviction letter is going out in the mail today.
