Did anyone else watch episode 1? I thought it was great!!!:tup::tup::tup: The blood was over the top, but it seems like it's going to be a great show.

Lucy Lawless will be showing some skin in upcoming episodes!!!:tup:

I thought about it and I am gettin Starz for free right now so I may as well give it a try but with Lost coming on next week, I may not have time for another show. I only get in like 3 hrs of TV/week (if that).

Also, blood and sand is good and all but the only blood I like is Vampire blood. :)
 
Man this show is straight soft porn...:sperm:....but I like it :emlaugh:.....When dude (owner of the Gladiator school) said I think I require more stroking......:shame: and :lol:......then the wife got "fluffed" too.......WOW...........and dayum that slave chick is nice.....

Yeah, I was trippin off that. I have not made it through an entire episode yet but I plan to. ...and like someone said before...the blood is a little over the top and then when they show the bloody bastard, he just has a little bit of blood on him..

Yeah that scene with Batiatus and his wife has opened up my eyes to a new way of living...lol

It wasnt what I expected but it's good none the less. Once you accept the fact that it's TV's answer to a graphic novel then it's easier to appreciate what they are trying to accomplish.

Wasn't it shaped like a...well...:scared: a male body part!?!? I'm like what the HECK!?!?:lol: Forget the name of that weird looking thing he defeated but he was evil for real! It is a pretty good show. I've taped them all so I can go back and look again.

I done messed around and got hooked! ...even wifey has gotten into. I thought she would not like it but she watching it without me. :lol:

I was the same way! I didn't think I'd like it either when my husband asked me to watch it. Now I love it!:lol:

Man!!:shame: They killed the hell outta old dude. Be glad when they get the little cripple hustle man for setting him up like that!:tdown: It seems like Batiatus had something to do with Spartacus's wife being killed.:noidea: I need to watch it again to be sure. He seemed a little shady when he said "I kept my word, they were reunited".

He did....there was no way he could have kept Spartacus fighting with his wife there.....Now Batiatus will probably blame the wife's death on someone else in hopes to use that to trigger Spartacus to avenge the wife's death.....or maybe he got wind of what Spartacus had planed and was like oh heyall naw......we are going to squash this now....

Same thing my wife said. She believed that he had his wife killed too.
