At the half...... Colorado 41- Southern 21.......

We actually have a nice cheering sectionh out here...Now we need to give them something to cheer about.....:D

Jags were too cold in the first half. Winfield going 1 for 10 did not help. And there was nobody to pick up the slack.

The team did o.k. in the second half but the game had all but been decided by then.

It has been a great year. The ladies got off to a slow offensive start. It was hard listening to that lady on the broadcast, but that is what you have to deal with when you don't have your own. As for the ladies, I'm proud of them and extend a Jagura Hug to each of them including Coach Pugh. This is a good start to taking the women's basketball program to a premier level. I told everyone around Christmas that a power was emerging. We took it hard on the chin tonight, but this will be a learning experience for us to build upon.

First, thanks to everyone that extended a "good luck" to our Jags for this game....

Although she went 1 for 10 in the 1st half.... Jackie did straight work int he second half.... She dropped 23 in the second half but we just couldnt get over the hump....

We just couldnt get the shot to fall.....
