Yes....He's from Alexandria, LA and graduated from Peabody. He marched 4 years in SU's band, ended up going into the Navy, which is how he finished his music degree at Norfolk State.

You were Shawn's brother n law? Didn't know you were married into that family (Jones is her maiden name). Shawn is my line sister (Tau Beta Sigma). She was a dancing doll from 85-87

Yeah he played in SU's band but he kind of had a foot in mouth moment. Some folks should be careful about what they put on social media.
