Some things you've noticed about SWAC football thusfar.

1. We haven't fared too well against outside opponents. We'd better kick it up a notch and pronto!!!

2. No defense. Period.
 
I have noticed that AAMU is the only team with a defense...

JSU could be deadly without turnovers

SU picked a hard 2 games

Alcorn is going to be a fluke

Bama St HOBO will eventually be effective again

Same Ol Valley

AAMU dont have no offense

Same ol UAPB

Same Ol PV

Verdict still out on Texas So

I really don't think so buddy they did good compared to the last three years.
 
Southern will do quite well in SWAC play, since they've been tested early and have shown that they can compete. And Southern has a defense. They happened to go up against a couple of really good offenses in their first two games.
 
Panthro I know you're not talking about Bama State in this topic right? We've won our games and our defense is giving up an average of 14.5 points

Shouldn't that tell you something? This isn't smack, but the truth of the matter is that nobody respects who you have played so far. You struggled against a D-2 program and you played the worst the Southern Conference has to offer. How the hell do you expect for someone to respect that?
 
Well if they don't respect us we'll have to beat respect into them. Panthro was talking to all members in the SWAC, which Bama State is. I just made a point that ASU did win their out of conference games and has only given up 14.5 points.

Nobody from Bama State gives a rat's azz about your respect or anybody else's.

I guess bending over for white schools is you way of getting respect. If so, then you got the hell "respected" out of you by McNeese.

So get off Bama State's ballz, and get back on Southern's ballz, where you belong.

It was ya boy Sting who got his panties in wad because Pantro said the conference hasn't fared too well against non-conference opponents - which it hasn't. Nobody is going to give your sorry asses credit for beating schools you are suppose to beat. So if you don't give a rat's ass about what I say then just STFU and we will be alright.

You see this is another problem with SWAC football. We have teams like Alabama State stick their chests out because they beat schools like Our Lady in Christ of the Blind College, and Salvation Army State. And they expect to get praised for it. But when the time comes for them to play quality teams, they drop their pants and bend over....and eventually they blame the refs for getting raped.
