Dude where have you been all this time. You are 3-1 be happy with it and move on. JSU held MSU down the first half and missed some opportunities to actually make it a game. In the end they wore us down. Thing is we beat Alcorn and went to the SCG...Let's see where you will be at the end of the season. Keep Thumping your chest man I understand when you been losing most your life it's good to be on the winning side...
 
Alcorn would have gotten beat by tulane too, so what is this guy talking about? We would beat that high school called edward waters as well so wth?!

Why should a team "wait" to strive for a championship? You paid attention to preseason standings? :lol:. That alone kills your credibility. You must be one of these old heads who played with Steve in the 90s who falsely believe there will never be another team like that from 1991-1994. And there will not be. But honestly, to say that group was the greatest in Alcorn history is completely suspect.

LET STEVE GO ANTROY!!! Your time has past. These kids can win a Championship THIS YEAR but you must constantly stay on them and the coaches. Jimmy Johnson did the same thing with the Cowboys. I don't agree with everything going on at the NEW Alcorn but Steve McNair was past and 2013 IS NOW!!!!!!!!

And it has help you win how many SCG or make it to how many...LOL Edward Waters and whomever these cats are in the same year...Please. We played Stillman but how many times have you guys played Concordia...LOL

Oh well....at least YT is smart enough not to schedule himself out of a job.
 
Lol, funny thread but come on guys, I think the schedule is smart knowing that Alcorn is a young team, now maybe next year and the year after they should have better level teams like (NCA&T,B.Cookman, Howard, or maybe Northwestern state). I feel Coach Hopson knew he had a young team and young QB, so he needed some games like this. Plus they have no bye week, so i think it was smart on his part.

I must say though I've seen the Braves play this season, and they look pretty good. You have mistakes here and their and they leave points on the field, but the Defense is pretty nice and their offense can only improve from week to week. Hopson has the credibility so my guess is he knows what he's doing (Marshall, Florida, Ole Miss, Michigan ect). He's been around some of the best coaches In the NCAA so I say we just trust him, he's buidling a program and is doing pretty good as far as Im concern..
