So Matt Ryan gets a pass over Tony Romo huh?

You are definitely a loyal fan of Jerry Jones and how he run his organization.

That's a polite way of saying obsessed. :emlaugh:
I'm just more objective. I don't follow the herd. It's popular to dog Romo and claim he chokes and throws all these INTs. But since 2006, Drew Brees and Eli Manning have the most INTs when they have the ball in the last 3 minutes with a chance to take the lead. They tied at 13. Romo has 7. Damn near half as many. But winning a Super Bowl will get people to overlook all them chokes.

They are regional, if you wanna call Louisiana and Mississippi a region.

Robber,

I know many of solid mind fellows that stray or get themselves in precarious predicaments by ignoring or not acknowledging signs. You have sided with BH123. You can ignore this sign if you want or atone for your Cowboy worship transgressions. Tony Romo will mess up securing a glass of water out of a running faucet. :emlaugh:

I had a chance to see that interception Romo threw against Denver on NFL Network last night. Here are a couple of things I noticed.

-Dallas had a 3-receiver bunch formation to Romo's right, a single receiver on the left as well as TE on that side. Romo's first read is to the three receiver side, but nothing is there. He then scans to the left.

- At that point he's eying the receiver on that side. Nothing is there. So he comes to the TE, who is open before the throw is attempted.

But as he's throwing the pass, Romo foot gets stepped on, which impacts the velocity and accuracy of the pass. Some wondering why did he throw a pass to a receiver flanked by three defenders? Well, the TE was open. And the LB who ended up with the pick was the only player with a shot at defending it - only because of Romo's foot being stepped on.

- others questioned why Romo didn't throw the ball to the RB over the middle? Romo never saw him. If you look at the camera shot behind the QB, lineman flash right in his face just as he steps up in the pocket.

-it was just a series of unfortunate circumstances that led to the pick.

I already been down that road. They don't care. Just like they don't care about them last minute INT numbers I just posted. The herd will continue to ignore facts. The herd will simply go with the prevailing perception.

What a nice way of telling someone that they are full of delusional crapola.

I think the LB just made a good play. While it did maybe affect affect the velocity of the ball......look at the replay again....you'll see that LB was about a step or half step behind Escobar.....the ball was actually not thrown in bad spot....looked to be a little in front of him.......the LB got on his horse.....and jumped it. Great play by him. BUT yeah the stepping on the foot did play a part.
