The problem is that this guy is using a high-powered rifle, shooting .233 shell. He could be sevral hundred yards away, and still pick people off. And he's probably well camoflaged, firing from the woods, or along a fence-line....And he's obviously a very good shoot, cause he's hitting victims precisely where he wants to. And he's not wasting any shots. People are being killed with one one shot...He may very well be one of the West Virginia Mountain Militia type dudes.....


We may be calling him a FOOL, but believe me, he AIN'T one.......

I don't know about terrorism.

If it is terrorism, they could be doing this all over the country in large metro areas. That would really have the average citizens "terrorized". I can't see this as terroism; just a typical serial killer with a new spin.
