I have been seeing two trends this past year that have intrigued my interest. Kingsford seasoned charcoal and the pre cut pre cooked ribs. Has any tried either?
 
I have been mixing the Garlic Onion and Apple together and it's puts a great flavor on the meat. I also take a onion and slice it up and put in on top of the charcoal once it turns white. You can taste the flavor in the meat.
 

My brother-in-law swears the pre-cooked ribs are good. I haven't tried them.

I use apple and pecan chunks when grilling and hickory sticks when smoking beef.
 
I think I need to clarify. The ribs that are raw that have been cut into individual bones prior to cooking. I did try the pre seasoned kingsford not impressed my opinion nothing beats real wood
