This movie was great, and set up well for future stories/movies without dragging this one out(i.e. Matrix 2). I was not feeling Downey and Law has Holmes and Watson, but they were spot on with the chracters. In the books Watson was always a reluctant participant and Holmes was borderline "skitzo" and they captured this in the movie. It was akin to the new Batman movies where the characters stuck closer to the original writting than the childlike recreations that had been developed for children's shows.

Worth the ticket!

Saw this weekend like the pres-o-dent said the was spot on with the characters

Downey has made a helluva comeback!! IronMan and now Sherlock Holmes.
 
2 :tup: to this movie, saw it over the weekend.

There was not one boring or even slow part of this movie. It's a little over 2 hours long and it kepted you entertained every single minute.

Can't wait for the next one......
