Sheriff: Youths beat goat, tossed it off bridge

Dayum all that... I ate it in my childhood but I haven't touched it since. I had a cookout last summer and one of the homies brought goat meet. Them city chicks almost put his azz out.

You can marinate it in Italian dressing and it will take the game taste out of it. Deer also can be done this way.

Boy you are definitely country lol. CEE is dead on w/ the italian dressing. All of my folx, incl moi, use it on wild hog, goat, and deer when we smoke those bad boys. We do a lil' something different for the coons, possums, rabbits, and squirrels we put on the smoker. :) But it's all good tender lean meat.

Bet not attend any of our family functions or just a general cookout because there will be SOME form of wild game meat on the pit. We don't do the food store bought stuff too much. Even the sausages we use are "venison" sausages (for buck lol).

LOL@buck losing his countriness. Damn... :smh:

lol, I'm sure I would eat the wild hog and beef.

lol, I'm sure I would eat the wild hog and beef.

But we would've just slaughtered the cow some 2-3 days earlier and had him dressed out though buck. You sure you're down for that kind of "freshness?" lol Also, wild hog can be gamey as hell. You can smell that SOB as soon as you split his wild eatin' everything out in the wild azz open. His blood and guts smell really different so you KNOW the meat is gonna' have a lil' taint taste to it. :) But he cooks good mane. *mouth watering* That SOB gets tender awwwwwwwww you can slice the meat w/ your index finger it's so tender.

Okay. I've envisioned all this. Now I'm hungry. What I haven't had since I was ~ 10ish/11ish is.... down there VVVVVVVVVVVVVV. I'm sure TSUGIRL knows a lil' something about that bad boy. lol

We stopped eating them when I was younger because unc saw one coming out of a hole in the family graveyard and he thought all of them were inundating our gone-home kinfolks for food. So, if we ate them, we were eating our relatives. ALL of us stopped eating them from that point to this very second.

I would definitely not eat armadillo. My step-dad eats stuff like that.

Don't know the last time I had goat, but as described above, I agree with marinating it with Italian dressing. Man y'all got me hungry.

A armadillo is like a armored, bacteria carring rat.
They can burrow and chew through anything if given enough undistrubed time. A casket ain't shat for them.

No way I'm eating a armadillo, Possum, or Racoon.

Me either. My country cousins in Terry Ms cook and eat that crap. LOL. Them mofos will hunt and kill anything and then put it in the pot, grill, etc. LOL.

man QUIT!!!!...ain't no 'dillo eating no metal casket! :lmao:

You do know a rat, just like an armodillo, can knaw through metal drain pipes with it's front teeth given the time to do it don't you. They can also chew through a good layer of concrete if they have to for whatever reason.

NO LIE................ :lecture:

Me and my older brothers used to kill possums and racoons when we was little with our pellet guns. They would try to get in our barn where all the chickens were roosting at night. We would just dig a hole and throw them in it the next day.

My mom told a "old dude" that lived across from my aunt about all the ones we killed and threw away. That man damm near had a stroke. He rounded me and my brothers up and told us to bring him all the possums and racoons we killed from then on. At one point, we took him about 5 of those things in a week. They was huge. He was like a kid at Christmas.
