It happened a few years back at FAMU.
Everybody was suspended, young lady included. In the end, nobody did no time or paid no fine! Only the lawyers made out. Finally, none of the students ever graduated from FAMU. The girl left and so did the young men. The white press had a field day and the District Attorney kept whipping the flames. The Charges were dropped in the end.
From the outside looking in, it looks as if JSU is pretty lax on its dorm room enforcement. That will soon change.
