Serious question, why do so many people hate on Lebron?

Calling people a hater whose opinion differ from yours, is really a cop out. I really use to like LeBron until the 09 Eastern Conference Finals. I gave him the benefit of the doubt until then. After his collapse in Orlando, I didnt want to hear it anymore.

If you remember the Eastern Conference Finals that year, after each win, LeBron and MoWilliams were the first players at the press conference with those ugly ass plaid shirts on and those bitch ass glasses. But after they would lose, he would send someone else to the press conference to explain why they lost. I guess thats why they call him a team player. He was letting the other players face the bad part of team ball.

Im not saying that LeBron hasnt had his moments. But when it comes to the BIG moments, not only has he come up short, he wont even go get the ball and lose the game. I wouldnt have a problem with him if he went down swinging, but dont run from the ball and not score a damn point in the 4th quarter. His last 3 years WITH THE BEST TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE have been HUGE failures all being HIS fault.

One of the things he also does when his team is losing is he will make shots look difficult. He will take long 3 point shots and fall out of bounds to make the shot look really difficult. He also doesnt force teams to foul him at the end of games because he misses freethrows late.

Lebron has had his moments... so has Vince Carter...so has JoeJohnson.

All I want to know from LeBron fans is....HOW MANY TIMES IS HE GOING TO LET YOU DOWN BEFORE YOU SAY ENOUGH?
The previous 3 years he was on the best team in the league and he didnt cash in. He went to the Finals and got swept. He HIMSELF continues to come up short letting his team down. So again I ask you like I ask GeorgeBush supporters, AT WHAT POINT DO YOU SAY I CANT SUPPORT THIS DUDE ANYMORE?

If my favorite player didn't win a ring I wouldn't want to talk about rings either lol. I would talk about everything under the sun but championships :swink:

One more thing...

LeBron fans always say..."But he had 30 15 and 10"

Thats great...thats what he did in 45 minutes. But the name of the show is The First 48. What did he do in the last 3 minutes? Did he go get the ball, or did he run to the weak side of the floor like he did in the EasternConference Finals in 2010? There is noway the Cavs should have lost to Boston in 2010, but LeBron quit on his team. If you saw what he did in game 2 you know that the Celtics had no answer for LeBron. He quit on that team, gave up, and would venture to say that he threw those last 2 games by those bullshit plays at the end of those games.

And since you YOUTUBE games where he came thru
Here are some clips of games when he quit:

IN this game, MoWilliams scored 20 pionts in the first half.
Where Im from, thats a lot of help

This is the beginning of the end when LeBron started quiting on his team
If you watch these highlights with him turning the ball over with no effort
NO doubt he quit

BTW...Shaq scored 20 in this game...thats called help

^^^ I'll go to my grave saying he quit on Cleveland in games 5 and 6 against Boston. Anyone could have saw that he did.

like it was said before, the last two years in Cleveland and last year with Miami. Team had the best record in the league and no rings. It's funny that people said he played with a team full of scrubs in Cleveland. Stuff seems to come full circle because with Bosh out, outside of D Wade, he has to do the same thing against Indiana with a team full of scrubs...

In LeBron's last game in Cleveland, he had a triple-double. So I don't know how he quit in Game 6.

Again, let me say this slowly. Regular season performance doesn't mean a whole lot come postseason time. The last two years the Bulls had the best record and didn't reach the Finals. The Spurs had the best record in the West last season and lost in the first round. The Sixers are an example of that as well beating Chicago in round one and taking Boston to Game 7 in the semis.

It's all about match ups come the postseason. You guys can talk about Mo Williams and Shaq on his last legs in Cleveland providing LeBron "help" in one or two games. But where were those cats the remainder of those series?

The Game 4 win against Indiana LeBron needed to have an historic performance just to help the Heat win by 8.

This Heat bunch is not a very skilled or deep. And to say Miami doesn't need Bosh to win the title is very short sighted to say the least.

Remember when LeBron set up his excuse before the Celtic series in 2010 by complaining about his elbow?
Thats just who he is

Remember when Kobe set up his excuse for losing a 3-1 lead to the Suns in the 2007 playoffs by throwing ALL of his teammates under the bus even though he quit in Game 7?

Remember when Lebron got swept in the finals in 2007?? In game 4 he missed a game tying 3 pointer to avoid being swept.

I don't hate Ebok. Just thinks he's a snitch. He ratted on Shaq, then ratted on Gasol.

Man, I wish Lebron could finish and takeover a game. The Heat sure could have used him tonight if he was clutch. Too bad Lebron isn't a clutch player.

Everybody is forgetting to say that when they do loose to Boston or to one of those teams in the West (My Spurs) that it is gonna be the coaches fault.....Please don't leave that one out....

Bron fans just don't see the reality of the situation.

I've never seen a team decide to trap OFF of the reigning MVP of the NBA......... to go stop someone else.

that's how GREAT DWADE is

Its total disrespect(to the MVP) when this type of stuff is happening. This is why I say he should never get MVP while on that team with Dwade. Fans may not know who the real deal is...but teams do. And when they decide a strategy such as this its very telling.

Exactly...everytime that coward doesn't show up folks get mad at the coach.
Last year LeBron was like a deer in headlights in the finals...dude would score 2 points, lose by 2,and everybody was mad at the coach.

I like the kid other than his skrinkage in the 4th. He's a good representative for the black athlete. Listening to him do an interview is not scratching a chalkboard or listening to TevarisJackson talk.

When one guy is making like EVERY shot what do you expect the defense to do?

D-Wade is a great player, but it took until LeBron got there for the Heat to get back to the Finals. Wade was a great player on a mediocre team for the last five years. LeBron took a mediocre team to the Finals at 22 and atop the Eastern Conference standings thereafter before the whole "Decision" thingy. And where is Cleveland now? A lottery team.

LeBron saved the Miami Heat's season with his Game 4 performance against the Pacers after Wade was M.I.A. in Game 3 and the first half of Game 4 just like he was in the entire ECF against Chicago.

Oh, and your overall argument has one big flaw in it: The Heat went 15-1 without Wade during the regular season.
