I am still waiting for JSU to schedule McNeese. Don't talk about SU when you will not play them yourselves. At least we have played them. This could be your audition to leave the SWAC. Schedule one of those powerhouse SLC teams each year.

Frat, I keep telling you the PLAYOFFS MEAN NOTHING. If you can't beat these teams in the regular season you ain't going to show up to the playoffs and win either. At least Pete was playing NW LA State and beating them when SU was on our big run in the regular season back before the SCG era. Hell he ended up 5-5 against them overall.

If you don't play playoff caliber teams in the regular season then you can't win when you show up. Even back in the day, our schools should have been playing those WHITE BOYS. SU at least was playing SLC Nicholls State every year then replaced them with NW LA State after that. It was only after the 2000s got here we started playing these little sisters of the poor. Like you said, the 9 game mandate. Even when yall laughed at us losing to SD State in their transition year to FCS, we played them and now look at how good they are.

Can't blame SU for not playing folks.
