Go Jags!!!!!!
I have a scanner trying to scan some pics. I am having trouble with this little light blinking everytime I press scan. Could anyone tell me what I have to do to get these pics scan?
 
Have you done a re-boot?
In many instances powering the unit off and back on resolves the issue.
Try that. It may work.
If it doesn't, it could be you have a faulty scanner.
 

I just solved one problem. It only works on labtop, and I have a desktop, so will it scan if the labtop is not connected with a internet?
 
Did the instruction guide indicate that you must be connected to the internet to scan?
Usually, an internet connection is not required.

There is an installation typically that must be done.
Did you install the scanner on both (your laptop and desktop)?
If so, it should function on both whether you are connected to the internet or not.

I scanned it, but now im trying to send them. the thing saying something about an error, or an server error.
