The most telling scene of the evening may have been the postgame huddle before Jackson State walked into the locker room. The team ends every game and every practice with a huddle where someone shouts, "Say it like you mean it, say it like you mean it!" The rest of the team responds in a roaring, "One heartbeat!" The final chant is the season goal - "National champs!"

Saturday's response was less than heartfelt and the team was called back together to do it again before walking off the field. :lmao:
