Ok, now that I got that laugh out... The truth of the matter is, that's it's not a laughing matter at all. For Jackson State University to be the safest campus in the SWAC with a C :shame::shame: (ironic in this context... but sad in general).

There are measures that need to be put in place on our campus (JSU) that can fix many of our problems. Hopefully those changes will be made soon. There's an all-inclusive plan for some things we can do to better secure the campus.

All of that considered A. we need to all be making steps toward making our campuses safer. B. i'm not even sure of the validity of this source... barring the recent attack (not MURDER... it's sad that a fellow HBCUer would lie and say we had a murder on our campus ... damn).. but yea, barring the senseless attack on a faculty member earlier this year... JSU has ACTUALLY become a safer campus over the years and honestly... when i'm on the other SWAC campuses... I don't feel "unsafe" ... do you all?

SMH at this attempt to try to give JSU a black eye. It turned out to be the greatest example of a backfire in TSPN history.. but it's still sad. I hope we can all (HBCUs) continue to change the, most times, unwarranted perceptions about our campuses.

After further review, su 69 didn't graduate from su after all. He was one of the thousands who bought his degree. HAHAHAHA

This neca really is envy of JSU but we probably wouldn't have taken him because of his low credit score.

:shame: on everyone from any side in here rejoicing about another school's safety issues.

Athletics is one thing. But sh_t, if my daughter came to me and said she wanted to go to Jackson State, after about five drinks, some discussion from her mother, her grandmother, her auntie, and about a few hundred cousins and friends, I would want her to be safe there, on scholarship.

Although I would cheer against her in every SU-JSU competition .... she would know that from the start. :lol:
