I saw this last week. I mean, he has the look and the voice so much that it is errie. Of course he is going to have to find his way. To be the son of Richard or Michael Jordan and what not, that is a blessing (the respect that they gave him) and a curse (him getting booed off the stage).
...But check it, if I were his agent, this is how I would make it work. He needs his own Paul Mooney. I mean, once the audience started booing he could have done a classic Richard like in "The Mack" or something and just started cursing folks out...yeah I hope this is not the last we see of him. Get him some good writers and it might work....all comedians have bombed at some point at the beginning of their careers. What doesn't kill him will make him strong...
But watching this, reminds me of just how iconic his dad was. Just like the music I grew up on like EWF, Stevie Wonder, and others if you were born in the 70s & 80s that face of Richard from movies and that distinctive voice is just something that you can never forget. Man...I hope he makes it..
