Why are people so sensative about their dancers? If they are ugly then they are just ugly. If they fall or mess up then it just happened. When we had Thrilla and I Robot we didn't bytch and moan when people joked on them, we laughed and kept it moving.

Then the title of this discussion has been renamed "SU Dolls takes misstep....." First, she tried to do a turn and fell. Unfortunately, she hurt herself. Hopefully she'll be okay and will be able to perform at the next game. Secondly, since it was only one that fell (and not misstep), it should say SU Doll (without the "s") falls during performance.

Lastly, SU should be ashamed of themselves for resorting to playing "Cherokee" and using that in their dance routine to "mimic" Alcorn. I expect that from the Boom since that is a bitter rival. But SU? Come on!! There used to be a mutual respect between the Sounds of Dynomite and the Human Jukebox. Have yall regressed that much over there in the "Jukebox" that you take the easy way out of your dance routine? I guess yall are going to play "Get Ready" or "The Show" instead of "Cherokee" next weekend in Jackson, huh?

I hope the Sonic Boom takes yall to the woodshed next weekend (I can't believe I said that, either).

After SU went back there and MURDERED Alcorn band the only question I have to ask is why are you or anyone from Alcorn trying to point out anything in SU's show?!?! Alcorn band needs a serious make over....Valley has taken the number 2 spot in Mississippi in case you didn't get the memo yet...lol

What's sadder is we have folk agreeing with JayTard....NOTHING gets sadder than that....

Ain't no once proud... Dumbass this is one of the best SU bands I have heard in a WHILE... We are VERY proud of this band... From what I heard of the school (You SAY you went to) and SU... things don't look too bright for JSU in the near future........

Here's a little secret Antroy......I crabbed in 2000 (Under Dr. Isaac B. Greggs). We did it then too.........At Alcorn.

What's even sadder is that he's riding J5U's nads praying for them to do something his band couldn't. :smh:

Who's getting defensive? I'm not gonna say that this is the best SU band I've ever seen but from what I've heard ans seen from the rest of the SWAC there ain't nothing to worry about.

That ain't no annual quote for me.. I didn't say that in 06 nor 07.... All though SU was still running schit those years.. But it wasn't what we knew SU was fully capable of......08 is much more consistant on EVERY song and the power is more consistant in each and every section this year.... And the songs from beginning to end are a lot more solid this year.... They remind me of the "S"...

2 or 3 years for me is a while... This is the band I was more looking forward to after 05....

Everytime the frat's loaded up and went down to SU on a JSU off week, GREG's took care of us AFTER HE TALKED A LOT OF SHAT.:lol:
He would see us comming down the hall and lay into us. :lol:

NO Lie.
We would come to SU's band hall with JR or bowlegged Donald HORNBUCKLE and the first thing Doc would do is start talking trash.
Then he would lead us to his office saying shat like:

"I don't know what ya'll got up in Jackson, but let me show ya'll some real dancers".

Greg's would open his office door, lead us in, and there they were.:eek:
A ROOM FULL OF DOLL'S WITH GREG'S TALKING SHAT TO US FOR A GOOD MINUTE.
Greg's could have talked about my momma at that point and I would not have cared. :lol:
