Ranking our schools only, I would move PV to 2 and SU to 3.

I wonder if the person is taking points off because of the track at the stadium. To me having a track in the football stadium is a money saver and should not be viewed as negative (in my opinion).

Probably because having a track limits seating possible seating expansion.
