The former Alabama golfer was heard using an anti-gay slur during the telecast of a tournament last week.
The article stated that "During the third round of the Sentry Tournament of Champions on Jan. 9, Thomas directed the epithet toward his ball after it failed to find the hole on a par putt on the fourth green, and the Golf Channel’s telecast of the tournament picked up the utterance."
He directed the epithet toward his golf ball??? Huh??? Ok, what am I missing here? What could he have possibly said??
