PVAMU Announces Brown Will Not Return As Head Coach

Kenn Rashad,

Again, what many are missing, the alleged new Title IX policy did not give Coach Brown the right to discriminate against these young ladies. If the investigation provided evidence that she discriminated (i.e. called them names, treated them differently than other teammates, isolate them, and etc.) against these ladies, then her offense were grievable issues and could ultimately lead to her termination. This is a basic sport law course case study.

Don't know how I missed this.

So what you are saying is the reason Dawn Brown says she was fired, MAY NOT be the actual reason why PV cut her loose.

Now you know you don't care nothing about PV, you just want to see her on the sidelines

Hmmm...kinda reminds me of the time she and I were talking during the SWAC Tourney (when it was in Garland). It was all good. She was cool as a fan until she found out that I was the guy who ran "that website about the SWAC". After that, silence. :(

If the Title IX coordinator gave her the 'OK' to implement that rule, and her players knew about it, there's no way she should have been let go.
