PVAMU Announces Brown Will Not Return As Head Coach

Remember you are in the Texas A&M System. The President of PVAMU only has to know how to delegate since his orders and plans come from College Station.
lol

Charles is an aggie alum is he not? They tend to take care of their own from what I can tell.

Dr Wright will be retiring soon so it will be interesting to see who is the front-runner for that high profile position. I'm sure every current SWAC pres will apply lol.

I hope PV promotes Erica Henry that came over from Fort Valley State.

Now you know you don't care nothing about PV, you just want to see her on the sidelines

Was it last August or was it 2 years ago?

I understand why you asked, but that question may not matter all that much as the question of whether or not they helped her draft that policy, and gave her approval to enforce it. According to the story below Title IX had apparently never been applied to sexual orientation until about three months ago. That is well after either time period mentioned, and though the sexual orientation issue as it pertains to Title IX was addressed it was in a local court. I think this issue is headed to a federal district court here in Texas because Brown is in a fight for her career not just a job.

According to the Houston Press, Title IX had apparently never been applied to sexual orientation until about three months ago. At that time, a U.S. District Court judge in California ruled that a case involving two Pepperdine University women's basketball players who had been targeted by their coach for their off-court relationship deserved protection under the law.
