PV-Grambling (and TxSo) and historically bad APR

This dummy did not see the numbers posted in the first posts? :smh:

The MAIN reason I posted this is for you PV folks to get your nose from out of the AIR to realize how poor your APR is historically. You should not be hard on Heish. He is just operating in the norm for ya'll. He just can't get those fancy waivers that Frazier used to get..

WTF are you talking about, again, what are you talking about? When did "historically" become a series of a 5-year span in which the APR progressed each year. It appears to me that you're struggling with the meaning of definitions that are taught to middle-schoolers. In case you were wondering progress in this sense means "continuous improvement".

You haven't shown me anything "historically" for this so-called "rant" your on.

Here comes the woe is me crying. Lol JSU must be an all girl school. To much bitchazzness.

Are you saying Grambling ran from a bitchazzness school? If so, what does that make Grambling? Just asking.:lol:

You lie one day and bitch today, yell you got it right lol, By the way if you really looked at the APR, in 2008-2009 GSU APR started to increase while JSU's decreased in 2008 hence why JSU received penalties, blame your AD at that time also and many of the rules today didn't apply, keep up before you go digging.

Dude, Grambling's overall graduation rate was much lower than JSU's graduation rate back then, THAT'S why we got banned. Had JSU's overall student graduation rate been low like Grambling's the NCAA wouldn't have touched us.
In short, they held Grambling and others to lower standards based on your overall graduation rate. Hope this helps.:snicker:

JSU has more teams penalized than GSU, look at the history of APR, then come again lol. JSU isn't in any shape to criticize about APR when you were one of the first schools banned and on top of that you have football, mens basketball, and baseball vs GSU's Mens Basketball and Softball. No room whatsoever.

This statement proves that you don't know what you're talking about.
JSU has much higher standards to uphold than Grambling and other schools.

As I said, you are trying to make up things and change the subject.

This thread is for MY point.

You were saying something abuot historically. Sweep around your front door.:read: BTW Mens Basketball was the main problem, everyone knows that. Neither one of our sports are banned this year, that's all that matters to. Carry On..........

So this simply proves JSU has been having APR problems historically also. What a backfire.

Progress in APR refers to the student not the APR score. Do you comprehend that?

All Im saying is stop trying to deny your history and STOP trying to cover it up. You have historically had poor APR.

It's not a backfire when you you can fine ONE year our of 10-11 when a program has had problem.. not 3, 4, and 5 years like the programs I mentioned in this thread. Do you want me to pull SUs APR from 2004 and 2005?

Right, our grad rate was higher but on top of that, the compliance office didn't know how to do the calculation nor did they try to find kids who transferred so we could get credit for them. NOR did they apply for waivers which allowed schools with worse APR than us (GSU, PV, and TxSo) to remain eligible for the football titles that they each ironically won!

Be my guest you're doing the work, good doggie. I see more than one year of problems that was posted for JSU, if you're under 900 there is a problem, don't try to twist it to make it like JSU has been above 900 since the beginning, JSU had problems, fixed them. I don't even see why GSU is in this convo because from what i've read they don't have any teams banned so they have fixed their problem and most know the problem for their basketball team was after the death of a player, players left and coaches didn't stay which makes retention the key factor to their low scores in basketball. SU's is some bookkeeping crap, nothing about grades but if the little dog wants to go fetch be my guest.

The reason you don't know is that you jumped into the middle of a week long discussion THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT that led me to start this thread. In other words, you are clueless and trying to butt in... just like a lil *****

I started this thread when I was called a liar when I said that Grambling and other schools football APR was worse than JSUs when we got banned. It's not crying.. it's just revealing facts.

Even Fiyah posted our numbers for the year we were banned and the only other school with a lower number was stu but I'm never wrong even when he's right.

You're lying so much you can't keep up, lets see;

TP Said:
1.) Our scores were never really low... esp not lower than TxSo, PV, Gram, AlaState, etc... We just had an incompetent compliance office that didn't care.
2.) JSU has only had ONE sport in APR trouble.. can you say the same?

I replied:
Are you sure about that? I hate making people seem like a constant liar especially Phi so you really need to go back and your scores since the inception of APR.

TP replied:
yep.. you can go back and check for yourself. When JSU was banned, one of my MAIN gripes was that the presidents from TxSo, GSU and PV voted against us when their scores were WORSE than ours.

Keep in mind he has changed what he said earlier. He said JSU's scores were never low; never is a strong word. Now concerning the Presidents voting, How is that possible when the year JSU football team got banned that was the first year that our mens basketball team got banned but he says our Presidents voted against JSU lol

TP asks:
..and can you please find an instance where I lied?

I ignored that question, then replied:
For one you said your scores were "never" lower. Now you coming around saying When JSU was banned. Make up your mind dude lol

Everyone seen the lies, just go to:http://www.tspnsports.com/forums/showthread.php?117389-SWAC-APR/page7

Didn't know my statements would make him throw a tantrum lol Oh well.

Again, there is nothing "historical" about a 5-year span. But carry on though. If you can only find 5 years of statistical data to prove a point and then have the nerve to say "historical" then I see right now there is no need to refute this with you.

As the saying goes, "don't argue with fools......"

The #1 thing about liars is when you lie once you have to keep on lying. 9 times out of 10 they're not going to remember the 1st lie anyway...
