Another thing I just noticed. If he is in uniform (partially), why does he have jewelry on? (the earrings). I can understand him not having on a jacket bcuz it will mess with his playing style. But The Marching Storm is still a band and there should be no jewelry on at all.

different bands have different rules... Ive seen plenty of bands that have a rule against earrings..... PB use to not allow facial hair on men... different bands do things different ways.
