tarleton is obviously quicker and very well coached w/ their schemes. They fly to the ball on defense.
Their little RB has to have over 200 yds rushing against us. Their QB picks our defense apart at will. Their "gwrap" offense is an intriguing thing. We cannot win in the trenches vs their OL or DL, imho.
We will get better.

Cuz, yall look good. I think yall gonna repeat the West this year.
I don't know kinfolk. Gram is improved. SU is improved. sTu seems like they improved. sTu believes by knocking off NCCU and they are 1-0 and we are 0-1, they can easily knock us off, since we were almost 50 pieced by former D2 tarleton.
We have sTu on next Sunday morning, the Lord's day. One of our squads need to be baptized with the SWAC spirit in that hot PV sun come next Sunday morning. lol

Those QBs are well worth the $800k they paying. Tarleton's football roster makes more than any whole athletic budget in the SWAC. They doubled their athletic budget to $45 million in two years, like I always say Black folk are fans, YT folks are fanatics, big difference. Off to the next adventure

I'm a fan. I have no fanatic money. Nooowwwww, once those Reparations droooopppppp!!!!! Look out!!!
Their QB1 Anderson grad'd Southlake Carrol HS lol. So we know what his pedigree is under Chase Daniels and others. SLHS pumps out talent on top of talent. I remember their WR VERY quick, elusive Fleming from Aledo HS and you already know what AHS's pedigree is. Ditto for the one kid from Ennis lol.
Their roster pretty much is an fbs roster as it stands w/ metroplex power HS names riddled throughout. Even the RB Hines hails from country boy town Mt Pleasant, where we KNOW a LOT of speed lives in smaller packages (think our Dawonya Tucker). There was one on their roster which intrigued me and shut me up and is the same one I actually spoke to when he was a sr signing with Henderson St, as he was very dejected. I encouraged him and the others who thought they were D1 worthy to keep working HARD, seize and make the best of the offer which was looked down by several since it was not a big xii/sec/acc/sam houston/sfa offer, and then txfer UP to a bigger program where he will dominate and prove everyone wrong: Culatto lol. Small world isn't it? Still just minutes from PV's front door, where PV still refuses to recruit lol.

So, my godsister/younger cousin has a soph RB at the local HS who returned to the home area where lil' cuz played for... SOC HS as a true frosh fall 2025. At the game I happened to catch him visiting as we all were interested in the big tall soph QB1 second coming of DJ Lagway, the stands were not talking about his older 4* cousin RB1 who verbal'd with OU 2 months ago. The stands were talking about the RB2 speedy, quick, fast, grown man who was his backup. Lil' cuz allegedly runs like Harvey Williams. I played against Harvey when he was a jr and remember his size. Lil' cuz is 6'1" 215lbs of JUST hauled some square bails of hay 1 month ago near Navasota, literally. He is a big boy. I will see him upcoming Thursday vs 6A htown area $$$$ power school.

Thing is can they sustain that and will it drive them out of business in the long run. These colleges are borrowing too much money and several are going out of business with the mounting debt.
