Every year, all the PWI teams appear to have OL and DL who more muscular and fit than PV's linemen.

Sad, but so true.
There was an obvious physical difference between both teams. hcu ~ muscular and physical. PV ~ skinny weak looking DBs/WRs and fat obese OL and DL. hcu's QB towered over PV's short fat DL and threw and ran through and OVER them, he trucked a few for missed tackles, at will. At one point, I thought Billy Sims had reincarnated and came back as a white boy under hcu center lol.
And let me give accolades to hcu's 22-piece "band," literally 22 people. The stands could barely hear them yet when they played something, they PROMPTLY stopped when both teams came to the LOS on O. They were highly disciplined and did their job to support the team. I was ELATED when I saw hcu put PV's "cheerleaders" across the field away from the stands so their silliness wouldn't interrupt our game viewing experience.
These sorry black dudes receiving salary at PV cannot convince talented black or white players to come to PV w/ its superior facilities lol.

We really deserve so much better for leading the FCS in attendance. At least in basketball we put up a better fight ... football we have a long way to go it seems. Get rid of these shitty ADs showing ridiculous allegiance to silly "skin color" and bring in the most QUALIFIED instead of offering unqualified coaches a higher salary to be a proving ground and experimental ground for these sorry busters while we keep amassing Ls.
PV's last 3 "head football coaches" were all inexperienced yet PV offered lowest starting salary of $205,000 to each - new pristine facilities to be a head coach.
FAMU should be kissing PV's assed for being a proving ground for Willie Simmons to perfect his craft. SU should knock PV upside the head because their head coach didn't learn shit in terms of head coach leadership but did solidify his position as a fervent recruiter. Bubba McDowell is not a head coach or solid recruiter anywhere at any level. hcu, acu, shsu, sfa, & lamar outrecruits him.

All weekly pre-canned robotic responses by an unqualified "head coach" AND his staff. Carthel at sfa still holds my attention. The HC at lamar has them more competitive, through better recruiting and scheming, in a short time period.
Meanwhile at just as rich and capable sTu and PV, shitty football meant for the toilet.

I agree. And as quite as its kept, the "SWAC's best AD" AD Ashley Robinson is garbage to me too. It took Deion to convince him the Southern Heritage Classic was a bad financial deal which I been knew that when I was in undergrad and even asked JSU alums why ya'll not getting more money b/c i did the math. Also who the hell (AD Robinson) schedules 4 straight away games for football with a fanbase that averages 30K+ for home games? Listen our ADs don't know football, lack business savvy, and are not visionary leaders compared to our peer FCS schools. But since most SWAC fans have low expectations, I'm not sure if the SWAC alumni with higher expectations will ever see the full potential of what the SWAC can become and what it used to be.
I shook AD Goff's hand last night and greeted him for the first time as he was hastily running for the stadium elevator and he exclaimed "gotta' run cuz we gotta' get dis dub babey!
"I did have a purple shirt on this time and I responded loudly for everyone hcu & PV under the bleachers to hear "WE WILL NOT WIN THIS GAME BECAUSE hcu HAS SUPERIOR ATHLETES AND COACHING." Dude looked at me... bewildered.
How could an alum say such a thing?I'm not into lying and pretending anymore. I've wasted enough of my precious time and $$$$. When my family laid our alum attorney in the ground this past August, I semi-snapped thinking how kinfolk kept believing in shitty PV football resurrecting itself over his last 48+ years morphing itself to return to dominant fashion as it did when he attended in the 60s. He went to his grave believing and donating annually for that change to occur. I broke his heart the last 10 or so years by telling the truth about PV sports in general and comparatively giving examples of acu and shsu positive ascension, especially shsu because we are physically closer to shsu than PV, distance wise. It didn't help when annually for the last 6+ years, our family has represented at shsu in football.
I will not die believing a shitty leader hiring shitty coaches fielding shitty teams will morph into a dominant winner. Winning starts at the top.

To be honest I still find him suspect. We could ALL use far better coaching. We however have just hit rock fuggin bottom now despite all we have to offer a coach to build a program.
