Pop Ups From Messenger Service

How do i stop these pop ups? I don't even have a brower up and these pop ups from messenger service appears. They are everything from my Ip address is leaking my info all over the internet and how to stop em to these dots in the shape of a naked women telling me to visit the web site @ the address below on the messenger service. WTF is going on with my PC!!!???

Oh that was driving me crazy. I was so happy when I came across how to fix it.


-- Click on the Start menu, then click Control Panel (or on some machines, click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panel)


-- Double-click or select Administrative Tools


-- Double-click or select Services


-- Double-click Messenger in the list at the right


-- In the 'Startup type' list on the General tab, choose Disabled (or Stop)


-- Click OK and close the Services window

Man these spybots or like roaches, they keep coming back :(

I downloaded spysweeper, adware, and the Yahoo Anti Spy. Everytime i sweep i find something. I need something that can sweep and wipe out all the parasites without messing up anyting on my PC.
