If he is already paying a monthly monetary amount, then why should he have to pay the utilities at her house also?? I thought the idea was the person receiving the child support gets that money and does what ever they need to do to help raise the child. Whether that is paying rent, buying clothes/ shoes or paying utilities. If she can't make ends meet with the monthly allotment then maybe she needs to get a job. It is not just up to the father to support the kids.
