First that looks like a desert in the Middle East where they filmed the movie "Moses" starring Ben "whatever" (the dude who played Ghandi).

Now what would be really funny if a hooded person walked up to the camera, unhooded, and was a black man saying:

"I'm from that NOLA babeeeee"
