What people like you don't undestand because you're trying to be holier than thou, is that God ordain a man becoming a husband and taking a wife not being married in the sense we do now. (That came later)

Not only did God ordain a man becoming a husband and taking a woman as a wife, but God ordain that he could take several wives, a practice that the secular world put you behind bars for.

Gods ordainment was "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.""


"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife and they shall be one flesh "

Not once do you see the word marriage
 
Most people don't understand that marriage is a two stage step for religious people:

1. A legal contract with the state.
2. A commitment with your religion based on that tradition.


I see Palin's strong support of abstinence only sex education is working. :swink:

I know who wrote it but apparently you don't. God told His do boys to write or else. Whenever God gave a command to peanut head man, it wasn't done with a please. You give man too much credit in which he should not have. The important thing to remember is to put God first in "EVERYTHING" you do. It has nothing to do with being holier than thou, however men act as if God should be left out of certain worldly issues. If men continue to foolishly think in this manner, then they too will be left out.....in the end.

You made a dumb statement saying that God did not tell man to marry, however I proved you wrong by showing you that God told Moses what to tell the people. This was not man's law but God's. You should learn to humble yourself instead being too puffed up to acknowledge the word of God. God has a special way of dealing with puffed up foolish men......that's biblical.

Its called "THE LAW." Moses is known as "THE LAW GIVER." This is why Moses is in the US Supreme Court because it deals with establishing "THE LAW." In order for Moses to give it, he must have received it from someone. That someone is God.

Rev. Wacko PLEASE!!! You haven't shown one Quote of a commandment by God (Written in italic), where God told Moses to give anybody instruction on Marriage and that's because there was no such thing.

What God talked to Moses about concerning the family structure was the releasing of a wife, what we now call divorce.

She jumped on a plane because Bristol went into labor and they did not know that the baby was Down's because Bristol didn't have prenatal testing.

If Bristol had the baby 5 months ago, how can she be 5 months pregnant now? She would have had to wait at least 6 to 8 weeks before she would be able to have sex again. The numbers/ages don't add up for Bristol to be the mother of the Down's baby.

However, it does show the irresponsibility of Palin as a pregnant mother. At that age, a woman would be considered to have a high risk pregnancy simple because of her age. I would think that she would have been on bed rest in the 2nd trimester. To think that she would be in Texas that late in the pregnancy shows how much respect she has for her baby. There is no way I would let my wife leave Texas to go to Alaska while she was that far along pregnant. We had Twins and at the start of the 2nd trimester, Nita was on bed rest at age 27.

Surely you don't believe everyone waits the 6-8 weeks. I have heard of some women going back for their checkups....pregnant AGAIN.

I agree that the timeline makes it a little unlikely. What I don't get is why everybody is chasing that story, when the version they're presenting as the truth is so much worse. The irony is so rich, a woman who is adamantly pro-life, being so cavalier about the birth and health of her own child, that this is the woman that McCain is putting one step from the presidency.

Are you that blind that you don't know when God is talking? I have identified your problem. You're struggling with the basic structure of sentences and comprehension. You need to open your bible more and learn how to identify the subject and object. Open the book, place your finger on the first word, and commence your lesson. Exodus 22:16 "And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife."

If a man falls in love with a maiden, to the point that he takes her to bed, then he should be willing to marry her. In other words, do not lie with any maiden that you are not willing to marry.

Exodus 22:17 "If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins."

"The money according to the dowry of virgins" is fifty shekels, as recorded in Deuteronomy 22:29:

Deuteronomy 22:28 "If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;"

A woman's body is in a very fertile mode after she has given birth. So, if you don't wait the recommended 6 weeks, a woman can get pregnant again easily.
