On November 27, 1919.......

With the local organization complete, a corporation was formed which petitioned the Oklahoma Corporation Commission for a charter. The charter was granted November 27, 1919, and "Kappa Kappa Psi, Honorary Fraternity for College Bandsmen," was established on the Oklahoma State University campus with the local group being known as the "Alpha Chapter."


Happy 84th Anniversary to the brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity.

Man, I didn't realize what yesterday's date was - Being on vacation and all.

To all of my brother's of Psi, Happy Birthday!!! You are excellent examples of LEADERSHIP. Allow your spirit to continue to guide you in all that you do, but especially those things that promote better bands.

I seem to remember all that goes with: "I am the master of my faith. I am the captain of my soul."
