I barely heard of Maroon 5 when they first came out back in 2002. I was in the woods and barely hearing anything out of the ordinary from the BET top ten (and still in recovery). I caught them on one of those HD concerts on MHD chanell. They were singing "This Love" with this tall white woman. I was like d@m, who are these dudes. I was tore down when I found out how old these songs were. The only time I heard anybody talk about them were my "ships". Since I never heard of the group, I didn't know what they were talking about. They mentioned that the lead singer appeared on a Kanye West song.
