come on valley don't fugg this up....i think they'll pull it out. you have to go with valley on this one.....just playin' the odds....it never turns out just without any surprises....so that's why i'm pickin' them to go down there and beat Southeastern....At worst i'll go 4-1.

I went 2-3 last week, now 16-8 on the season...

here's my picks.

Grambling State vs. Prairie View (State Fair Classic): I can't see Grambling losing to PV... I take the G-Men in the Cotton Bowl

Southern at Alabama State (possible SCG Preview): This is a scary game for both Southern and Alabama State. The Jaguars laid an egg against South Dakota State, leading the game until the very end. The Hornets blew out Alcorn State at the reservation. Did SU get caught slippin' because they were looking ahead to Oct. 2? Will Alabama State be a tad overconfident heading into this crucial SWAC home game? Since Southern needs this win more than Bama St., The Jags will pull off the shocker and get Pete's 100th win at SU in hostile territory..

Miss. Valley St. at Southeastern Louisiana: After dropping a heartbreaker to Texas State (a/k/a SW Texas St.) and getting humbled by Sam Houston St., the Lions are officially off Cloud 9 after their remarkable shellacking of McNeese St. Valley offers a respite for the Lions. It'll be close early, but it'll be too much of Grambling transfer WR Felton Huggins as SLU takes it to Valley in Hammond

Alabama A&M at Texas Southern: Third-coast tigers damn near pulled it off against Nicholls and the Bulldogs failed to outscore Ark.-Pine Bluff and shut them down on defense. If there is a bad time for the Bulldogs to go on a slide, it's a week before Southern heads up I-65 for AAMUs homecoming. Alabama A&M should win a nailbiter

Paul Quinn at Ark.-Pine Bluff: This will be the SWAC version of LSU-Miss. State as Pine Bluff builds momentum with a big win.
