NORTON'S ANTI-VIRUS

Has anyone used it? I ran it on my computer and it supposedly found all kinds of stuff going on. It got rid of Win-Fixer. Found hacking and other spy-ware.
 



Yeah, when my computer had a virus about 2 or 3 weeks ago I couldn't use it, but I do a recovery on my computer, and it just take away everything. My computer is very fast.
 
I've had it before and didn't renew from April. I did it yesterday and it did find a few high priority things on my computer. I had to let it run most of the night for it to scan my entire system. When they tell me to renew next time I won't wait 8 months to do it.
 
I use the anti-virus portion of their software.

You should also run Windows defender (if you have Windows XP) - its anti-spyware from Microsoft and its free.
 
I am currently using Norton's Anti-virus. I plan to renew each year.

I also use Spybot Search and Destroy, which is a free download that really takes care of spyware and adware. You can get it at freedownloads.com.
