Well it's always based on the regular season finish. If the champ goes to the NCAA, the second place team goes to the NIT. If PV refused, I would imagine that the 3rd place team would go.

I was unable to find one. JSU does not have their radio link listed thru yahoo sports, so I think that they are not doing the game. MSU does have a premium(pay) radio link on their site.
